I would love to place this button on a page that is requested on a secure connection but tweetmeme.com is not available on a secure connection.
Could you install a valid SSL Certificate on tweetmeme.com so the button could also be used on a secure page?
I'm afraid that SSL is not officially supported and will remain that way unless we see significant demand for this feature.

I need this also. There is significant demand. Extremely lame that you won't install a simple certificate.
We do not currently support SSL requests, however is there was a very good business case for this to be implemented we would consider adding this on a paid for basis.
