   Hi,

   I use wp-Typography and the I get html in this: <meta
   name="tweetmeme-title" content="<span class="dquo">“</span>I, Robot.”" />, while the <title>dichotic noise » “I, Robot.”</title> is clean; since other plugins may fancy up the blog title, I think your plugin should use the original title and not the one altered by other plugins.

   Hi Laurian,

   We currently take the title that the user will recognize based on the final title shown in the meta details. We make the assumption that our users want the information to be the same as that which shows up in Google searches etc.
