   Hi There

   Please check what else you have changed on your site, usually the cause to the button disappearing is either the plugin has been disabled or another plugin is causing a conflict.

   If the latter please disable all plugins other than ours and see if the button is showing then reenable the other plugins one at a time unitl you find the culprit. Do let us know who it is and we'll try to work with them to find a common fix.

   Sometimes it can be a theme issue as well so if the above doesn't work then try going back to the default template to test if this is the cause.
