Hi, I can't figure out how to change the @username in the Wordpress plugin. I've been in the php file and saw that there's a section about changing the code, but where exactly do I need to make the changes? Thanks!

When you installed the plugin a new section in your admin panel like the Settings one was created called TweetMeme. Go to that and you'll find our settings. There is a section called source with an @ before the input box. Just insert your twitter name there and save it. This will then set your button to retweet from you.
