   Does it take some time to activate. Is that the issue? Last time it took several days. That will not cut it for me. Is that right?

   Some time can be a long time if your site is very slow to load. Our button requires the site load time including our button to be under 5 seconds. Otherwise it stops polling to find our server. This is so that our button doesn't stop the rest of your site from loading should it fail to find it.

   If I were you I'd look at what other plugins, flash and javascript you have on your site that isn't working as it should be. You can use tools like Firebug in firefox to help you find them.

   On 99% of sites where we serve the button this timeout is more than adequate but some sites still have slow load times. We're doing an update today that will increase the timeout period a little and also help analyse the cause.
