@claudia, you just need to wait, the button is set up correctly but video footage does make it slower to get the data.
@heather it looks like that post was just slow to update, they are all now showing a tweet count.
@ellen I've just taken a look at your site and it appears to take a long time loading i.e. over 5 seconds every time which means our button isn't being given an opportunity by your site to fetch the url count. Please take a look at what is slowing down your site.
